Responsibility and Accountability

Enersul management is responsible and accountable for:

  • Ensuring that sound and suitable HSE-MS, procedures, equipment, training and resources exist throughout the company and are being utilized at all Enersul facilities. Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and procedures. Ensuring HSE issues are considered and addressed when making business decisions.

Enersul employees and contractors are responsible and accountable for:

  • Ensuring they understand, utilize and comply with all Enersul HSE requirements and regulatory and customer requirements. Ensuring they conduct all work safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.

  • 2001 - CN 'Safe Handling Award' presented to Kaybob South in recognition of 10 consecutive years shipping liquid sulphur without incident.

  • 2002 - CN 'Safe Handling Award' presented to Edson in recognition of five consecutive years shipping liquid sulphur without incident.

  • 2002 - CN 'Safe Handling Award' presented to Kaybob South in recognition of 11 consecutive years shipping liquid sulphur without incident.

  • 2003 - CN 'Safe Handling Award' presented to Lynton in recognition of one year shipping liquid sulphur without incident.
