In response to the need for a new generation of formed sulfur to meet the increasingly stringent standards imposed by both environmental considerations and customer preference, Enersul developed and successfully commercialized the sulfur forming process known as the GX™ granulating process. The GXM1™ has a design forming capacity of 1250 metric tonnes per day. It's the choice of producers who want to form large quantities of premium sulfur granules to supply the international market.
It's completely self-contained: a compact design with a rotating drum, a cooling water system, a wet scrubber, vibrating screens and conveyors.
The GXm1™ equipment is in a class by itself. Operation is simple, so on-time performance is high, labour requirements are minimal, and costs for repair, maintenance and utility consumption are kept low.
