Reporting to the Director, Global Product Support, the Global Product Support Administrator will be a key member of the Global Product Support team and will be responsible for the initial stages of customer support and the overall growth of the business unit.


Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Check and respond to all customer and agent inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Research part information to ensure vendor has all necessary information to quote.
  • Work with vendors to ensure correct parts are quoted, best price and timelines are offered.
  • Calculation of appropriate packing, handling & processing in quotes. 
  • Prepare proposal packages for new designs or retro-fit packages.
  • Prepare and price documents for engineering projects and ensure all necessary documentation is readily available for orders. 
  • Prepare data with Excel and PowerPoint for presentations to management.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure the company is branded in appropriate market segments.
  • Assist team members with requests relating to administration, shipping documents and invoices.  


Qualifications: 
A driven, results oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Great team player with the ability to maintain lasting relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and propose creative solutions to win opportunities.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to solve problems.  
  • High level of data entry accuracy is required for proposals and quotations. 
  • Ability to prioritize daily workloads effectively and efficiently. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge and application of Microsoft Office programs.
