Enersul offers contractual management and operation of all forming processing commercially available today: granulation, wet prilling and slating/flaking. In fact, the company has the most comprehensive portfolio of forming processes on the market, and has pioneered many of the sulphur forming and handling processes now accepted as the industry standard.

Our knowledge of formed sulphur products is particularly useful to our clients in understanding the international product quality criteria, and assessing how these criteria can affect their project's profitability, safety, and environmental impact. We will review proposed plant specifications, provide feedback and suggestions for any changes which may be warranted, and ensure clients select the most suitable forming process for their intended market.

Enersul provides sulphur forming services through company-owned forming and handling plants, and designs, engineers and constructs complete facility packages for sale around the world.

Alberta:

Serving Shell Canada Ltd. since 1971 at the Waterton gas processing plant, Enersul Operations owns and operates 4 GXM2™ granulators with a combined daily capacity of 2,100 tonnes. Formed sulphur is stored in a 'stadium-type' bin with gravity reclaim for railcar loading. Enersul Operations also owns and operates a custom designed molten sulphur tank car rapid loading facility.

Serving SemCAMS, (formally known as Central Alberta Midstream) since 1971 at the Kaybob 3 gas processing plant, Enersul Operations owns and operates 2 GXm2™ granulators with a combined daily capacity of 1,050 tonnes. Formed sulphur is stored in an open stock pile with gravity reclaim for railcar loading. Enersul Operations also loads molten sulphur tank cars at this location.

Enersul commenced operating at the KA Site (Air prill) in 2007 on behalf of SemCAMS.

Serving NEXEN Inc since 1971 at the East Calgary (Balzac) gas processing plant, Enersul Operations owns and operates 3 GXm2™ granulators with a combined daily capacity of 1,575 tonnes. Formed sulphur is stored in an open stock pile with wheel loader reclaim for railcar loading. Enersul Operations also can load molten sulphur tank cars at this location.

Syncrude since 1993 - Block pouring operation

Lynton since 2001 - Liquid loading facility operated for ICEC and their customer Suncor.

British Columbia:

Working with Fort Nelson Producers since 1978 at the Fort Nelson facility, Enersul Operations owns and operates a WetPrill™ sulphur forming plant with a. Formed sulphur is trucked to a remote location and loaded directly to railcars.

Serving the Pine River Producers since 1982 at the Hasler Flats facility, Enersul Operations owns and operates a 3 unit WetPrill™ sulphur forming plant and KA with a combined daily capacity of 3,000 tonnes. Formed sulphur is loaded directly to railcars.
